Production & Fabrication

Facilities Manager – Full Time

Job Details

The Facilities manager is responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of the building and equipment, including preventative maintenance planning, safety inspections and OSHA compliance. The Facilities Manager will ensure the buildings and grounds are maintained, with components including electrical, HVAC, air systems and related manufacturing utilities. The candidate will coordinate with company staff and outside vendors for supplies, repairs and other measures. Full review and implementation of environmental health and safety protocols are to be met to ensure all members of the manufacturing team are aware of safety policies to provide a safe workplace

Facilities Responsibilities:

  • Track the performance of daily, weekly and monthly inspections on equipment. Provide documentation and communications of inspections results including necessary corrective actions via Preventative Maintenance Plan.
  • Oversee facility repair including researching, hiring contractors, negotiating repairing pricing and inspection of work.
  • Report all facility issues that are not immediately repairable to the Operations Manager

Safety Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety rules. Compliance with all state regulations.
  • Lead the safety committee.
  • Check and update MSDS paperwork for compliance.
  • Forklift and crane compliance
  • Accident investigation/corrective action

Fabricators/ Welders – Full Time

Job Details

Key Responsibilities include:

 

      • Weld and fabricate metal components per drawing/prints and work orders
      • Layout fits and welds components for assembly based on pre designed specifications
      • Grinds off excess weld, slag or splatter, using hand scraper, power chipper or portable grinder, and is reviewed while in progress and upon completion
      • Welds in flat, horizontal, vertical or overhead positions
      • Responsible for sound welds and accuracy of assembly
      • Observing and identifying any fault in equipment, material and assembly process, then notifying supervisors
      • Control the processes of fitting burning and welding to avoid problems in relation to overheating and/or distortion of the parts
      • Clamping, holding, tack welding, heat bending, bolting, or grinding parts as necessary to satisfy the technical requirements
      • Requisition parts and equipment as necessary
      • Liaise with supervisor on problems to achieve efficient repair
      • Maintain a clean and tidy work area after use
      • Complete all documentation including inspection sheets, certificates, and receipts applying signatures as appropriate
      • Identify abnormalities and repairs required as result of internal actions and advise the supervisor accordingly
      • Undertake relevant training and development as required 
      • Carry out work orders within a realistic time line ensuring that deadlines are met
      • Record all hours worked accurately.

Automotive Mechanic – Full Time

Job Details

Key Responsibilities include:

 

  • Mechanical installation of equipment: such as Thermal Cameras, SCBA systems, Fire Suppression Systems, Ballistic glass, Roof turrets, gunports and seats
  • You will work closely with our mechanical and electrical departments in a team environment to complete installation of Lenco vehicle air conditioning and electrical systems.
  • Vehicle production work for our worldwide client base: Military, Law Enforcement and Government Special Operations Agencies.
  • Work orders completed within company production timelines to ensure our high quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

  • Looking for a team player who works independently and efficiently under pressure.
  • Must have automotive painting experience.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 70 pounds.
  • Obtain Overhead Crane certification when offered by the company.

Automotive Painter – Full Time

Job Details

The primary duties are all the functions of automotive painting, which include preparing surfaces for primer and painting, preparing with tape and paper to protect from splatter and mixing paint according to instructions and company requirements. In addition, you will need to monitor painting operation in order to identify flaws, sand vehicle surfaces between coats perform routine maintenance on the paint booth and paint gun.

 

Qualifications:

  • Looking for a team player who works independently and efficiently under pressure.
  • Must have automotive painting experience.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 70 pounds.
  • Obtain Overhead Crane certification when offered by the company.

Press Brake Operator – Full Time

Job Details

Key Responsibilities include:

 

  • Preparation and run bend setups and forming operations
  • Work with supervisor to ensure material for each job is on schedule
  • Requisition parts and equipment as necessary
  • Liaise with supervisor on problems to achieve efficient repair
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area
  • Complete all documentation including inspection sheets, certificates, and receipts applying signatures as appropriate
  • Identify abnormalities and repairs required as result of internal actions and advise the supervisor accordingly
  • Identify areas of process improvement, cost and waste reduction
  • Work in an efficient and timely manner
  • Undertake relevant training and development as required
  • Carry out work orders within a realistic time line ensuring that deadlines are met
  • Maintain cooperative working relationships, and demonstrate sensitivity to and respect for a diverse population
  • Record all hours worked accurately

Qualifications:

  • Must have full understanding of print reading and geometric tolerances and how they relate to the finished part
  • Ability to work independently in the absence of supervision
  • Experience working with Press Brake Machine

Payroll Coordinator – Full Time

Job Details

Description: This position will be responsible for the processing and disbursement of the weekly and bonus payrolls using ADP Workforce Now and answering employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, pay-stubs and withholdings. We are looking for personable candidate with excellent verbal, written communications and organizational skills. The candidate must have a high attention to detail and accuracy with all work and the ability to work a 40 hour week independently.

Skills/Certifications/Licenses:

  • Experience in Payroll Administration – Preference: Required
  • Solid experience in ADP Workforce Now – Preference: Required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel as well as Word, Powerpoint and Outlook – Preference: Required
  • Professional Certifications as appropriate – Preference: Preferred
  • Must be able to past physical requirements – Preference: Required

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Analyze, prepare and input information to produce accurate weekly and bonus payrolls in ADP Workforce Now for 100+ employees.
  • Work with Operations Manager on vacations, absences and no shows and with Production Coordinator to insure time clock reports are correct. Adjust in ADP as necessary.
  • Input new hires, terminations and pay changes, updates and corrections to employee and payroll records.
  • Audit payroll registers and ensure taxable fringe benefits are accounted for.
  • Reconcile and arrange payment for monthly billing statements for all benefit plans.
  • Administer and enroll employees in the Lenco 401K plan and maintain records and schedule plan broker presentations. The candidate will also administer and enroll employees , when eligible, into the Lenco Health, Dental and Life Insurance plans.
  • Generate and run custom payroll and employee benefit reports for management.
  • Complete wage verifications as requested by government agencies and other parties.
