Job Summary:
The Parts Sales Representative supports customers throughout the parts sales process, from identifying the correct components and preparing quotations to coordinating orders, shipments, returns, and follow-up. As a key link between customers and internal teams, you will translate customer needs into accurate parts requirements and help ensure each request moves efficiently from inquiry through delivery.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to parts and accessory inquiries by phone and email while providing prompt, professional customer support.
  • Identify the correct parts using vehicle configuration, bills of material, catalogs, and other resources.
  • Create and maintain quotations, orders, and related documentation while verifying part numbers, quantities, pricing, and shipping details.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Shipping, Finance, and other departments to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Provide proactive order-status updates and follow returns, backorders, and customer concerns through resolution.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records within ERP software.
  • Develop spare parts lists, service packages, and customer-specific parts packages to maintain vehicles both within and outside the U.S.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in parts sales, customer service, inside sales, order management, inventory control.
  • A strong background in automotive, heavy-vehicle, fleet, manufacturing, industrial, or specialty-vehicle environment is preferred.
  • Ability to research parts and interpret bills of materials, technical documents and vehicle records.
  • Strong computer skills with experience using business, inventory, order-management, and customer-support software with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of occupational hazards, safety rules, and technical documentation compliance.
  • Ability to maintain professional working relationships with a diverse global customer base.
  • Maintain organization across multiple priorities, meet deadlines, collaborate across departments, and follow customer needs through completion.
