We are one of 13 companies recognized statewide and one of only two honorees in Western Massachusetts. The 2026 winners were honored at a ceremony at Gillette Stadium on April 16, 2026.

Each year, the Team Massachusetts Economic Impact Awards recognize companies for outstanding contributions to the state’s economy based on job growth, facility expansion, community involvement, and commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equity.

Our Commitment to Community
Being headquartered in Pittsfield means more to us than an address. In 2025, Lenco proudly supported a range of local organizations, including the Love of T Foundation, NAMI Berkshire County, the Pittsfield Downtown Cultural Association, the Berkshire United Way, Unico, and the Emergency Medical Services of Berkshire County. We also extended our commitment to public safety directly by purchasing and donating 40 protective shields for every Pittsfield Police Department duty vehicle.
